Serving on a camp staff is a fantastic way to spend your summer!

Before founding Sabine Creek Ranch, I accepted Christ when I went to camp with a friend, attended dozens of camps and retreats, served on camp staff during my summers in college, and continue to travel leading worship and speaking at camps around the country. Through these many years I have seen some qualities that are helpful for a great camp staffer:

- Willingness to learn, work hard, grow and have fun.
- A positive attitude and demeanor
- Ability to get along with others, encourage and make friends
- Desire to see spiritual growth in your own life, and excitement for the growth of others.

We have been blessed each year at Sabine Creek Ranch with a true "dream team" of summer staffers who come from many campuses to serve, grow, learn, meet new friends and have fun! Summer camp is still the number one tool used by churches to reach people for Christ, so your summer at camp wlll produce rewards beyond measure, and make an eternal impact in the life of hundreds of campers.
